A lot of people don\u2019t realize that Texas A&amp;M AgriLife is its own entity within the broader Texas A&amp;M System. We\u2019re made up of three primary areas &#8211; research, extension, and Texas Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratory &#8211; and we\u2019re one of about 19 agencies under the system umbrella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before Trintech, one of our biggest challenges was managing <strong>unmatched and outstanding items<\/strong>. It was extremely time-consuming, and we lacked clear visibility into what those items looked like across the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to having Trintech in place, it always felt like we were <strong>chasing items instead of resolving them<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left has-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c176f32fd73ef4b7c217580889c6cd02\"><strong><strong>Why Trintech: Stronger Controls, Better Accuracy, and Centralization<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q: Can you tell us more about your journey with Trintech?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A:<\/strong> The first benefit we gained was clear visibility, at which point it became obvious that we needed a more <strong>centralized approach<\/strong> to our reconciliations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We expanded our usage and now have stronger controls, better accuracy, and significantly more streamlined processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q: How has Trintech helped you in your role?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A:<\/strong> Once Trintech was fully up and running, it made a <strong>huge difference<\/strong> for us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the <strong>only administrator<\/strong> for our agencies, having one reliable system to manage everything has been incredibly helpful.
