I\u2019ve been with the bank for <strong>14 years<\/strong>, and we\u2019ve been using Trintech\u2019s reconciliation solution for about <strong>13 years<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When Metro Bank first opened its doors, we were a new bank, and all reconciliations were done <strong>manually in Excel<\/strong>. Very quickly, the bank experienced <strong>exponential growth<\/strong>. Our reconciliation team grew from about <strong>four people to ten<\/strong> in a short period of time, and it became clear that this growth model wasn\u2019t sustainable. We knew that without automation, we\u2019d need to continue adding headcount just to keep up. Using the training we received, we were able to build exactly what we needed. That approach was almost like having a <strong>custom-made solution<\/strong>. The biggest advantage is agility.
