Managing and reconciling those transactions became more challenging over time. We needed a solution that would help us <strong>run reconciliations<\/strong><strong>faster<\/strong> and <strong>more accurately<\/strong>, as well as ultimately enable a <strong>faster close<\/strong>, while ensuring we were always working with the correct data and information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left has-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-308dd7bcbc39a25bca3476bf57e38633\"><strong><strong><strong>Why Trintech: <strong>Flexibility, Rules &amp; Ease of Use<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q: <strong><strong><strong><strong>What stood out to you when evaluating Trintech as a solution?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A:<\/strong> What we really liked about Trintech was the flexibility. We\u2019re able to <strong>set rules<\/strong>, organize data, and use information in the way that best fits our business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also received very positive feedback from other companies, and personally, I had used Trintech in a previous role\u2014so I already understood how powerful the solution could be. Before Trintech, we were reconciling in <strong>Excel<\/strong>, and it took forever\u2014it was really bad. Now, reconciliations are more streamlined, and the team is much more <strong>engaged<\/strong>. They genuinely like using the platform and understand the benefits it brings to their daily work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left has-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8325264fb451f2d70e83b12350f40dda\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Measurable Impact: Closing Faster with Better Reporting<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q: <strong><strong><strong>Have you seen measurable improvements in the close process?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A:<\/strong> Yes, absolutely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We used to close on <strong>Day 5<\/strong>. Now, we\u2019re closing on <strong>Day 3\u2014and sometimes even Day 2<\/strong>. That\u2019s a significant improvement. Because of that, we\u2019re also able to produce a <strong>better, more reliable set of revenue reports<\/strong> for the entire company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left has-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-776827176e73eb92844ac0edf55f99ae\"><strong><strong><strong>Partnership &amp; Support: \u201cWe\u2019re Really Happy with the Service\u201d<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q: <strong><strong><strong>How would you describe your relationship with the Trintech team?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A:<\/strong> I love it. The relationship has been fantastic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our relationship manager is always checking in\u2014asking what we need, what we can improve, and how Trintech can better support us. If we ever have an issue, she\u2019s immediately on top of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>IT support team is also excellent<\/strong>. When we send emails, we get quick responses and really helpful solutions.
